Job Title: ED RN Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 26 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - More than 2 years of ED RN experience. - Ability to accommodate every other weekend and every other holiday. - Comfort with pediatric patients. Description: This is an emergency department registered nurse position. Candidates must have more than 2 years of emergency department RN experience. The unit consists of 43 beds, including 5 fast track rooms and 4 behavioral health swing rooms. There are also 2 trauma/resuscitation rooms available, although it is not a trauma hospital, high acuity cases are still seen. Candidates must be comfortable taking care of children as pediatric patients are included in the caseload. Block scheduling cannot be accommodated.
