Working with a leading manufacturing business, this would be well suited to a candidate experienced in the field of maintenance engineering who is multiskilled, with either electrical or mechanical bias. Roles and Responsibilities: To ensure the smooth and efficient running of plant and equipment Respond to equipment breakdowns Implement 'Quick fixes' to return production equipment to use in a safe way, ensuring product quality requirements are met. Work towards implementing permanent countermeasures to the root causes of breakdowns Contribute to formal breakdown investigation team activities Supply suggestions and feedback into the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance system Requirements Manufacturing background. Experienced in a maintenance role.
