Youll work Monday to Friday, 21:0006:00 , giving you your weekends free and a consistent night schedule. Pay, benefits and more: Were looking to offer a salary of up to £26,832 per annum plus a 25% shift allowance. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What youll do on a typical day: Coordinate transport operations and route planning Manage admin for Night Network, Specialist, and contract operations Scan freight in/out of the warehouse Support cost-effective use of vehicles and subcontractors Ensure driver compliance and investigate incidents Progress into planning the General operation What you need to succeed at XPO: Knowledge & experience of working in a transport office. Experience in routing drivers, warehousing, and administrative tasks. Confident communicator, especially by phone Flexible attitude and willingness to learn Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of trunking and cross-docking is highly desirable. Be part of something big.
