Job Description

As a sous-chef you will assist in the general provision, serving and preparation of food and beverages within the College&s catering units, conduct cleaning and stock control duties. You should have good knowledge of various cuisines, be aware of what trends are present on the catering/food market and be able to cook without supervisionfrom scratch.You should also have experience of good customer service, be well organised, a team player and have a friendly and flexible attitude. You should also have a good command of verbal English and good numerical skills sufficient to be able to deal with cash transactions effectively and efficiently . Why Join Us?
