Benefits Personal Training Plan Fantastic career progression 26-day holiday entitlement time off between Christmas and New Year Car allowance Parking at the office Incentives; e.g. Annual trips abroad 5 Day Working Week Company Get Togethers Main Responsibilities Lettings Manager Managing day-to-day operations of the lettings department Valuing rental properties and winning instructions Overseeing and supporting the lettings team Rolling out monthly targets and KPIs Conducting team training and monthly one-to-ones Devising and implementing marketing strategies for lettings Chairing morning meetings and motivating staff Ensuring all properties comply with lettings regulations Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors Handling complaints and resolving tenancy issues Reporting key lettings figures and performance to Directors Attending monthly management meetings Staying up to date with legislation and industry changes Lettings Manager Key Skills and Requirements Proven experience in a senior lettings role Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance Ability to lead and inspire a team Confident in conducting valuations and securing instructions Target driven and results focused Ability to use company software confidently Flexible, adaptable and proactive Positive attitude and a desire to progress in the property industry If you feel you match the above position please apply below we look forward to reviewing your application.
