Are you the right person for the job? A minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience of using Sage Instant Accounting Highly organised with a strong attention to detail Experience managing sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations, and month-end accounts Comfortable working in a busy office environment with a varied workload What will your role look like? Prepare and dispatch approximately 180 sales invoices per month for around 50 customers and manage credit control Process around 180 purchase invoices monthly from 60 suppliers, including nominal coding and payment allocation Handle bank receipts, reconciliations, and manual cashbook entries transferred to Sage Reconcile credit card statements for 12 engineers and manage petty cash control Maintain nominal ledger entries, including recurring entries and manual journals for depreciation and payroll analysis Support month-end processes including VAT returns, P&L, balance sheet, and management accounts Provide monthly engineer turnover and overhead analysis What can you expect in return?
