Junior Procurement Manager

Your new company Join a global FMCG organisation with a strong presence across Europe, where sustainability is embedded in everything they do - from supporting ethical farming practices to ensuring their products are recyclable and environmentally responsible. You will be leading procurement operations for their UK division. Your new role As Junior Procurement Manager, you will oversee a range of indirect procurement categories, including Facilities Management (FM), IT, Finance, and Customer Services for the UK business. You will act as the primary procurement contact for the UK's flagship store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will manage your own categories end-to-end, with guidance available from the Senior Procurement Manager when needed. While legal support is available, you will be expected to identify and escalate any legal risks within contracts you negotiate. What you'll need to succeed You should be an experienced procurement professional with a proven track record of independently managing indirect categories. Experience in FM or IT procurement is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills are key, as you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement at the flagship store. While legal expertise is not required, the ability to identify contractual risks independently is essential to succeed in this role.
