Airbus is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Controller / Management Accountant to join our Belfast team. This is your chance to work at the heart of a £4bn organisation, supporting strategic decisions and shaping financial outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across business units, ensuring alignment with Airbus' financial goals. Partner with operational managers to evaluate and support performance improvement projects and investment proposals. Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to highlight risks, opportunities, and performance trends. Provide financial challenge and support to help teams meet their targets and drive continuous improvement. Contribute to controlling activities across recurring costs, inventory, non-recurring costs, and CapEx . What We're Looking For CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience in a manufacturing or commercial setting. Strong experience with SAP or similar financial systems. A confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels - locally and internationally.
