Make a real difference in the lives of older adults Lead a supportive kitchen team in a rewarding environment Enjoy a stable work schedule with no late-night shifts Be part of a growing organisation that values quality and care Your Role: As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for: Planning and preparing nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs Leading and mentoring kitchen staff Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Managing kitchen budgets and stock control Creating seasonal menus that bring joy and comfort What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef Knowledge of dietary requirements in care settings (e.g., soft diets, diabetic-friendly meals) Strong leadership and organisational skills Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 (or willingness to obtain) A caring and compassionate approach to food service An Enhanced Adult & Child DBS Certificate dated within the last 2 years or on the Update Service Ready to bring warmth and flavour to our care homes?
