An exceptional new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Growth / Development professional to aid in the promotion of a successful and significant business park in the Warrington area. The role requires someone with a demonstrable track record in both Business Growth initiatives and also some exposure to the Digital sector (essential!). Key elements of the role will include; Key Skills: Proven success in building partnerships across business, academic, and government sectors. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of developing relationships at senior/C-suite levels. Ability to leverage networks for business success. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing effective plans and strategies. Solid understanding of business operations in Digital company growth. Ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights. Team player with personal accountability for results. Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills. Energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Valid driving license required. This is a part time (32hrs per week) role, based on site around the Warrington area.
