Job Description

Administrator Temporary Contract Location: Perth Contract: 2 months (possible extension) Hours: 35 per week Pay Rate: 13.76 per hour Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual looking to make a real impact? Were recruiting on behalf of our third-party client for a motivated Administrator to support a busy and dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality administrative support to the wider team - Accurately update and maintain internal systems, ensuring all records are current and correct - Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance - Liaise effectively with various departments across the organisation - Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner Key Skills & Attributes: - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent organisational and time-management abilities - Confident and clear communicator both written and verbal - Proficient in using IT systems and software This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a meaningful role within a supportive team environment.
