Holiday: 23.5 days annual leave ?? Shift Details: Nights Fixed: 6pm6am (1hrs Lunch) Fixed pattern (3 on/3 off) ??? Key Responsibilities: Gatehouse Duties: Manage trailer movements using our Yard Management System Coordinate with drivers, shunters, warehouse staff, and the transport office Maintain clear radio communication and accurate system updates Transport Admin Duties: Despatch and debrief drivers using internal IT systems Prepare driver boxes and resolve transport-related issues Liaise with on-site, customer service, and planning teams ? What Were Looking For: Previous admin experience (essential) Transport or logistics background (preferred) Security experience (a bonus for gatehouse roles) Confident using Microsoft Office and transport applications Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, reliable work ethic ??
