Stock Condition Surveyor

We are currently working in partnership with multidisciplinary Surveying Consultancy, who are recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a temporary 6 month contract. This is a full time role and the rates of pay are £16.50/flat, £24.50/house and £27/block . Duties will include (but are not limited to): Completing 40-50 surveys per week on the Platform Housing project Liaising and engaging with clients in regards to works being carried out Working in accordance with changing legislation, as well as H&S policies and procedures Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing Experience in carrying out Stock Condition Surveys Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Risk assessment and management A keen eye for detail Strong communicative skills in order to liaise well with tenants Rewards and Benefits: Flexible working days Can manage own diary Working hours: Flexible so long as weekly survey quota is achieved James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.
