Job Description

With an international presence and a global team of more than 2,300 people, we are currently experiencing very fast international expansion. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Consolidation Manager to join our team in the energy industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to take part in the financial management of a global company and play a key role in the consolidation and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP. Experience with Tagetik and SAP S/4HANA would be a plus. Responsibilities Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with IFRS. Implement and maintain the SAP S/4HANA system to support the consolidation process. Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Coordinate with other departments and business units to gather and analyze financial data. Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable regulatory standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the consolidation process. Provide technical accounting guidance and support to other teams and departments. Participate in the preparation and review of the company's annual budget and financial forecasts. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications The ideal candidate for the permanent Consolidation Manager position should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation. Strong knowledge and understanding of IFRS and GAAP. Knowledge of Tagetik is a plus. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar financial systems is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. We offer Permanent contract .
