The successful candidate will have a strong track record of production planning and scheduling. Known for producing high-quality, sustainable snacking products and supplying leading retailers and foodservice customers across the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities: Promote a culture of safety, food safety, and quality Ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products Full responsibility for production planning, materials management, and team development Ensure delivery against site KPIs Lead continuous improvement across the factory About You: Proven experience in a Supervisory / Management role within food production / manufacturing ( essential ) Experienced in production planning and scheduling ( essential ) Familiar with BRC food safety standards & audits ( essential ) A hands-on approach with a passion for quality and innovation Flexible to the needs of the business Adaptable to change in fast-growing and fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing business where your contributions will be both valued and visible!
