IT Helpdesk Intern

Join us and contribute to the future of renewable energy! ✅ Key Responsibilities: Administrative basic support within IT Dept. ERP basic processes support. Workflow tool (OA) support. Procurement submissions. Approvals gathering. IT related Payments processing, payments registration, invoices processing. Devices/software procurement, IT assets management, inventory, hardware/software laptops support, repairs/warranties management, on boarding/off boarding of equipment (laptops,) Provide first level Service Desk support for desktop and infrastructure incidents. To administrate and solve incidents assigned to the IT service desk. To support users with various IT services within the areas O365, ERP-system (SAGE & SAP), PC, LAN and WAN. Maintain constant communication with the superior regarding any issue. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Engineering, or a related field. Other studies such as Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any related, will be also highly valued if it is supported by any other training in IT or if a strong interest in this area can be demonstrated. Any IT Training will be a plus. Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level). Proficient in Spanish (C2 level). Proficient in Chinese (C2 level) ️ Preferred Skills: Prior experience with invoice management, purchase orders, goods receipt references, and document parking. Experience related to expense invoice management, email responding and purchase orders, goods receipt reference and document parking will be a plus Experience with SAP Material Management (MM) module will be a plus.
