Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/18/2025 Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech Location: Baltimore, MD 21215 Job Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Shift, 4x10 Hour (07:30 AM - 06:00 PM) / Tuesday to Friday Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $2,326.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $800.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,526.00 Per Week Job Overview : The Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging in a specialized Orthopedic and Surgical Clinical setting. The candidate will work with C-Arm and portable X-ray equipment, frequently performing long-leg imaging (hip to ankle). The ideal candidate must be proficient in handling both bedside/portable procedures and equipment, particularly in a surgical or clinical environment. Key Responsibilities : Perform X-ray and C-Arm imaging procedures in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Operate portable X-ray machines and C-Arm in surgical settings, ensuring precise and efficient imaging. Collaborate with surgical and orthopedic teams for limb lengthening and bone deformity correction imaging needs. Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced environment. Support a diverse patient population in a surgical and clinical orthopedic environment. Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient care standards. Required Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 1 year of X-ray tech experience (no new graduates). Certifications : ARRT R, BLS, MD license required. Skills : Proficiency with C-Arm, portable X-ray equipment, and orthopedics imaging. Preferred Experience : Experience in OR, ER, Level I Trauma, and Community Hospitals. Other Requirements : Ability to float between various units and offsite locations if needed. Must be able to work independently and in a team setting. Special Skills : Experience with orthopedic imaging and long-leg imaging (hip to ankle). Ability to operate DR GE (rooms and portable), EOS, Standing Foot/Ankle CT scanner, and CRXx. Experience in a surgical setting, particularly with C-Arm procedures.
