This is not your typical job—you’ll be out in the field, actively engaging with the public at events, retail displays, and neighborhood campaigns to promote our brand and generate qualified leads. Responsibilities: Follow a proven process to obtain and set appointments Share information about Mr. Rogers Windows products and services Guide and educate customers through conversations to understand their needs Set up and maintain display areas (tables, stands, booths) Keep display areas tidy and well-stocked with materials Qualifications: Self-motivated and driven Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Professional appearance Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation to various job sites Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible schedule with the ability to work full-time 40 hours/week, including weekends Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours) Must own a smartphone with a data plan Benefits: Positive, team-oriented company culture Full-time Salary of $36,400 with uncapped bonuses you can make $50,000 annually $500.00 sign on bonus (paid after 90 days of employment) Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth within the company Medical Vision Dental Paid Time Off Life insurance Profit sharing Paid training Ready to promote something you believe in?
