Your new role As an Interim Finance Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the financial backbone of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Leading month-end close processes for financing and holding entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Preparing quarterly VAT returns and monthly corporate tax provisions in line with current legislation. Managing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. Producing statutory accounts under IFRS and managing external audit engagements. Mentoring and developing a qualified accountant within your team. Driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting and efficiency. What you'll need to succeed You’ll be a proactive and technically strong finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Specifically, you will have: A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CAANZ or equivalent). Audit training and experience in a high-growth business. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK tax regulations. A track record in financial reporting, audit, and team leadership. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with automation tools and financial systems such as NetSuite.
