As they scale, they're looking to bring on a Commercial Finance Analyst who's ready to roll up their sleeves and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of the business. This is more than just a numbers role - you'll be working at the heart of commercial decision-making, partnering with sales and leadership teams to drive profitability, performance, and strategic growth. A newly-created role, you will be required to be office based to get facetime with your stakeholders and to contribute to culture. It's a great role for someone who has a passion for FMCG, and wants to deliver true value add. Responsibilities: Own transfer pricing for intercompany product flows Lead promotion and sales return analysis, helping the business optimise trade spend and margin. Partner closely with sales to analyse profitability by sector Deliver timely, insightful weekly and monthly sales reporting, reconciling data back to the General Ledger. Work alongside the Commercial Director on in-depth retail sales analysis and high-impact ad hoc reporting Manage and reconcile customer rebates and overriders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the balance sheet. Take the lead in authorising rebate invoices and credit notes. Support the annual pricing review process, influencing strategic pricing decisions. Provide key support to the Financial Controller on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Be a driving force for continuous improvement, leading projects that streamline commercial processes and enhance decision-making About You: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, where speed and agility are essential Strong modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable insights. A confident communicator with a collaborative, business-partnering approach. Commercially curious - someone who's motivated by impact and outcomes, not just reports.
