Job Description Manage all aspects of product returns, including customer communications and coordination with the customer service department. Inspection of returned products to ensure best process followed. Develop and implement return policies that align with company objectives and customer expectations. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure efficient handling and restocking of returned items. Maintain accurate records of return transactions and provide reports to management. Identify patterns in returns to aid in product improvement and customer satisfaction. Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer concerns related to returns. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Returns Specialist should have: A strong background in customer service within the business services industry. Good attention to detail. Previous experience of handling large goods within a warehouse setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively resolve customer issues. Adept at multitasking and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. What's on Offer Competitive salary between £28,000 - £30,000. Generous holiday allowance of 25 days.
