Design Manager (Site-Based) - Temporary Placement Rate: £400 - £450 per day (Umbrella PAYE) Start Date: ASAP Location: Felixstowe, IP11 Hours: Minimum 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday Contract Type: Temporary (3 to 4 months) Linsco are looking for a Design Manager for a 3-4 month site-based contract role in Felixstowe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a major construction project. Key Responsibilities: Initial focus on tracking and managing RFIs (Requests for Information) raised on the project. Ongoing support to the Senior Design Manager , ensuring the smooth coordination of design and construction activities. Daily collaboration with site and project teams from the Site Office - strong communication and coordination skills are essential. Requirements: White CSCS Card (mandatory). Relevant professional or academic qualifications in construction/design management. Proven experience in a Design Manager or similar role, preferably on site-based construction projects. Strong organisational and tracking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment. PPE Requirements: 6-point safety helmet (with 4-point chin strap) Safety glasses Gloves Hi-Vis vest or jacket (unbranded) Safety boots This role is based fully on site - remote work is not available.
