You'll join a high-performing internal transformation team, directly influencing major technology and business initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take the lead on critical projects that shape the future of the organisation's digital landscape. What You'll Be Doing: - Shaping and delivering project roadmaps that align to business outcomes, translating ideas into action. - Leading the charge on transformation programmes, driving clarity, governance and measurable results. - Creating and evolving frameworks for project control, adapting governance to match project scale and complexity. - Managing stakeholders at all levels with clear, purposeful communication. - Proactively identifying risks and navigating change, ensuring projects remain on course for success. - Setting the bar for leadership, mentoring others in project best practices and inspiring a community of continuous improvement. You'll Bring: Significant experience managing large-scale projects/programmes within IT or Digital environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. Strong grasp of governance frameworks, risk management, and project lifecycle controls. Expertise across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
