About the Role: Start Date: Mid 2026 Spanish Fluency Required | Insurance Experience Essential. As an Audit Senior, you’ll lead audits for a portfolio of insurance clients—ranging from global reinsurers to specialty providers. You’ll be responsible for managing all phases of the audit process, building strong client relationships, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audits specifically within the insurance and reinsurance sector Deliver detailed, risk-focused audit work with minimal supervision Liaise directly with clients, managing expectations and meeting tight reporting deadlines Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration You’ll Need To Bring: Minimum of 2 years’ recent audit experience in a public accounting firm Proven audit experience with insurance or reinsurance clients (this is a must!) Exam-qualified with a recognised professional designation (ACA, CA, CPA, ACCA) Strong leadership on audits involving complex financial reporting and significant revenues Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish Highly competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A calm, solutions-driven approach—even when the pressure’s on Bonus Points For: First-time passes on all professional exams Experience working with international or cross-border clients A flexible, adventurous mindset and strong cultural awareness
