We’re looking for AM and PM Kitchen Managers to help lead our back-of-house operations and ensure our guests get the best dining experience—every single time. What You'll Do: Oversee kitchen operations during either AM or PM shifts Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, consistent food Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Monitor inventory, manage prep levels, and reduce waste Ensure a smooth transition between shifts with clear communication Jump in wherever needed—prep, cook, expedite—to keep things moving Work closely with FOH managers to deliver seamless service What You Bring: 5 years of kitchen leadership experience (restaurant, hotel, or hospitality a plus) Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and prep processes Calm under pressure with great communication skills A positive, team-first mindset Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits & PTO (if applicable) Opportunities for advancement Supportive leadership and a culture that values hard work and fun Sound like you?
