Benefits Hourly Base Salary Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Responsibilities What Youll Do: Provide outstanding customer service to existing clients via phone, email, and in-person Assist clients with policy questions, changes, billing, and claims Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products Maintain accurate client records and documentation Support agency goals by meeting service and sales benchmarks Work closely with the agency owner and team to ensure a smooth client experience Requirements What Were Looking For: Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) Strong communication and phone skills Solid organizational and office skills, including comfort with computers and basic office software A positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in an insurance office is a plus, but not required Must be willing and able to obtain an insurance license (well help you through the process!)
