Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care to those suffering from conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Guillain Barre Syndrome. - Utilize advanced technology, including continuous video EEG monitoring, to assess and diagnose seizures. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized patient care plans in a fast-paced, acute care environment. - Maintain high standards of nursing practice by adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines. Requirements: - Valid RN License in New York (NY License ONLY). - Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, particularly in telemetry. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. - NIHSS certification is highly preferred. - Availability to commit to a start date of September 15 and to work through January 10, 2026.
