Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and self-sufficient Project Support Coordinator to join our Project Management team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is naturally curious, proficient on Planisware and is passionate about supporting the successful delivery of key initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting the Senior Project Manager and Project Managers across a portfolio of key strategic projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across multiple projects Assist in the preparation of high-quality presentation decks and project update packs for internal stakeholders Track project milestones, risks, issues, and potential delays Support the PMs in maintaining project documentation, logs, and status reports Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions Ideal Candidate Profile: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills Confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a desire to continuously improve Previous experience in a PMO or project support role is desirable Experience with Planisware or similar project portfolio management tools is highly beneficial
