About the Role: As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will work with some of Anglepoint’s largest & most dynamic Enterprise clients to provide specialized Flexera consultancy services, helping them to capitalise on the benefits of IT Asset Management and the investment in their SAM technologies. As a part of this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, delivering on client requirements and owning end-to-end delivery, including designing, architecture of Flexera solutions. We are committed to providing you with a seamless onboarding experience in this fully remote role, ensuring acclimation to the team and company culture. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will: Lead and assist with end-to-end Flexera solution design and managing our client’s environments. Plan and create system architecture methodology based on unique customer environments. Install, configure, and maintain Flexera Inventory Beacons, Business Adapters, and Inventory Agents. Review and assess existing Flexera implementations for improvements and opportunities. Collaborate with client teams to effectively manage and support their Flexera solutions. Troubleshoot issues within the Flexera environment. Assist in implementing new features, products, and updates to enhance the Flexera platform. Have a close dialogue with various levels of external stakeholders, from technical management to architectural teams to C-level. Act as a trusted advisor for our partners and clients regarding the Flexera suite (on-prem & cloud) Who you are: Experience with end-to-end delivery of Flexera-based SAM solutions. 3 years of experience, specifically with Flexera One. 1 year of experience as a Flexera One/FNMS Administrator, or experience setting up and configuring Flexera One ITAM/FNMS environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible, adaptable, and able to take ownership and drive a project to completion. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude, ability to analyse root causes, search knowledge bases, and identify patterns. Forward thinking and able to put the client first and take the initiative to solve issues. Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team. Travel both domestically and internationally up to 15% Preferred Qualifications: Understanding IT Operations, including hybrid and/or native cloud solutions. Experience working in a complex global organisation and/or with service provider is highly preferred. Hands on experience using REST APIs. Hands on experience with SQL. Hands on experience with Power BI Reporting. Flexera Certified SAM Professional (CSP) Any of the following certifications are highly regarded: Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM), Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
