Our practice provides MECS services to the community, ensuring comprehensive eye care solutions. Located in Bishop's Stortford, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and customer satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispensing Optician. The Dispensing Optician will assist customers in selecting and fitting spectacles and contact lenses, provide professional advice on eyewear choices, and ensure accurate measurements for eyewear fitting. Additional responsibilities include performing minor repairs on eyewear, managing orders, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications ABDO registered GOC registered Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and fittings Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary Starting from £30,000 (pro rata) and dependant on experience
