Job Advert: Temporary HR Advisor – Manufacturing (8-Week Contract) Location: On-site – Wallasey Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 12:30pm Pay: £18–£20 per hour (DOE) Contract Length: 8 Weeks We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing organisation in Wallasey on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Role Overview: As HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the site with day-to-day HR activities including: General HR administration and documentation Supporting line managers with low-level employee relations issues Assisting with absence management, note-taking, and maintaining personnel records Providing timely, practical HR advice in line with company policies and procedures About You: Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting Confident with ER processes and handling basic disciplinary/grievance matters Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Able to work independently and on-site throughout the duration of the contract What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Early finish on Fridays A supportive team environment in a thriving business Ready to hit the ground running?
