Working closely with our Senior Pastry Chef, youll help craft sweet creations for everything from student meals to elegant college events. What Youll Be Doing: Making and presenting a variety of high-quality desserts and pastries Helping create seasonal and bespoke dessert menus Supporting daily pastry prep for college catering and events Keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly in the pastry section Following food safety and allergen guidelines Minimising waste and helping manage food costs ?? What Youll Get: Full-time contract (37.5 hours/week) with rotating shifts (includes some weekends & evenings) Free staff meals when the kitchens open ???
