Pro Education are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCO) to lead and champion a School's SEND provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team committed to achieving the very best for every learner. Identify and assess students with SEND , creating tailored support plans to help them thrive. Coordinate and monitor interventions, tracking progress and adapting approaches where needed. Ensure statutory compliance for EHCPs Work collaboratively with parents, staff, and external agencies to deliver a joined-up approach to support. Provide expert guidance and training to staff on effective SEND practices. Oversee resource allocation to ensure every child receives the support they need. What We're Looking for: An experienced SENDCO Coordinator Deep understanding of a wide range of learning difficulties and disabilities. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusion.
