Driver Hire Colchester is currently recruiting for a Welder/Fabricator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Colchester. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing team responsible for building the main structures of car transporters. Role Overview: MIG welding and fabrication using 5mm materials Reading and working from CAD/technical drawings Working either independently or within a team of two Maintaining welding equipment and PPE to a high standard Supporting production output in line with set time targets Following all health, safety and environmental procedures Requirements: Previous MIG welding/fabrication experience preferred (training can be provided) Able to read and interpret CAD/technical drawings Reliable and able to work on your own initiative Focused on quality, accuracy and safety Strong work ethic and positive attitude Whats in it for you?: Weekly pay Temp to perm opportunities Overtime available Free onsite parking PPE provided including high-spec air-fed welding helmets Electric vehicle charging facilities Supportive and well-established team environment To apply, contact Driver Hire Colchester: Phone: 01206 865586
