R9 Recruitment are on lookout for a skilled Floor Layer who can also Weld to join our Clients team in Dartford, working on social housing projects. Role Overview Temp to Perm £38,000/year Basic salary upon permanent placement Key Duties Remove old flooring, prep surfaces, and apply underlayment Use stick welding techniques to build strong, lasting metal structures Install a variety of flooring: carpet, vinyl, hardwood, laminate, tile Measure and cut materials accurately Apply trims, sealants, and finishing touches Carry out flooring repairs for long-term durability Requirements Minimum 4 years experience (social housing preferred) Monday to Friday, 8am5pm (overtime available) Clean driving license Clean DBS and Asbestos certifications (can be completed after interview) Relevant trade qualifications a plus Benefits Van and fuel card from day one Weekly pay during temp period PDA and uniform provided 20 days holiday plus bank holidays once permanent To register your interest, please apply to this advert or contact the R9 Recruitment Team
