Job Description
Job Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for automotive OEMs in overseas markets to achieve business targets. Plan, organize, and participate in international exhibitions, product launches, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and product promotion. Manage regional inventory, including procurement, sales, and stock levels, ensuring seamless coordination with headquarters for timely vehicle delivery. Supervise and support regional dealer retail operations, continuously enhancing dealer sales performance and operational standards. Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives. Monitor and analyze overseas market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and provide strategic insights and feedback to support business growth. Job Requirements Minimum of 8 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry; experience with new energy vehicles (NEVs) is highly preferred. Proven expertise in managing and developing automotive dealer networks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making. Fluent in English and Spanish. With the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments. Willingness to travel frequently, including short-term assignments in China; demonstrates strong stress resilience and adaptability.
