CHIEF ENGINEER

WE ARE HIRING: CHIEF ENGINEER REPASA is growing, and we are looking for a committed and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team aboard the Red Fox. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of all vessel machinery • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and pollution prevention policies • Manage inventory of fuels, lubricants, and engine department supplies • Liaise with the Captain and Technical Manager ashore • Maintain technical records and prepare documentation, including dry dock reports • Guarantee critical equipment reliability and follow up on corrective actions REQUIREMENTS • Valid STCW Certificate A-III/2 (6000 kW) • Valid Medical Fitness Certificate • Training in: Medical First Aid (A-VI/4-1) Advanced Fire Fighting (A-VI/3) Proficiency in Survival Craft/Lifeboat (A-VI/2) Fast Rescue Boat (A-VI/2), if applicable Designated Security Duties (A-VI/6-2), if applicable • Good command of spoken and written English • Intermediate computer skills • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred WE OFFER • Fixed rotation: 8 weeks ON / 8 weeks OFF • A professional and safety-focused working environment • Long-term career prospects in a leading port and offshore services company Send your CV to: CV@porepasa.com
