We are currently in a phase of growth and expansion, and for this reason, we’re looking for an I T Project Manager to join our OKTeam at our corporate headquarters in Palma de Mallorca . Your mission will be lead cross-functional initiatives that bridge technology and business strategy using a hybrid delivery model. This role is ideal for someone who understands technical environments but is driven by business impact—someone who can speak the language of both IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and value throughout the project lifecycle. What will your day-to-day look like? Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and organizational priorities. · Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, resource and budget planning, timeline management, and risk oversight—using hybrid methodologies (waterfall agile). · Ensure all the deliverables in all the phases are delivered in a timely fashion manner and all of them are properly reviewed and accepted by the relevant stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with business analysts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and delivered. Facilitate regular project meetings, providing status updates to stakeholders, executives, and other team members enabling an exquisite communication across the board. Ensure proper training and change management processes are in place for end users and ensure smooth adoption of the new systems. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior project managers and team members. What’s it like to work at OK? University Degree, PMP will be highly valuated, Other nice to have certifications: Scrum Master, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Certified Kanban Expert, Prince 2, Six Sigma) 5 years of experience as a PM delivering technology projects. Strong experience in project management methodologies: o Waterfall o Agile (Scrum) o Hybrid (water-scrum-fall) · Comfortable using typical tools: Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira…), Microsoft Project… etc. Communication skills, problem solving and resource planning High level of English. ✨ What do we offer you?
