Job Description Job Description We are seeking full time Salesperson. Are you hard working, motivated and organized? Are you clean cut and have a knack for selling and marketing? Your hard work as an HVAC Salesperson and Marketing Representative will pay off with a base salary plus generous commissions resulting in earning potential between $80,000 to $160,000 per year. If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, apply today! Qualifications: 3 Years’ of sales or marketing experience. HVAC Sales experience helpful but not necessary. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills Goal Oriented and Motivated Excellent computer skills. Ability to work well alone and in teams Excellent Customer Service Skills Capable of successfully closing the sales agreement and provide follow-up to assure sustainably strong customer relationships Responsibilities and Duties Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home and building needs Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc. Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold Build and maintain customer relationships Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Company Description We are a fast growing, family owned, full service mechanical contracting company servicing Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.
