Family Law Paralegal

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Responsibilities: Maintain attorney files and calendar Organize, prepare and ensure required documents are filed with the courts in a timely manner Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents Investigate facts Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Record and store client information ​ Qualifications: 1-5 years previous experience as a family law or litigation paralegal Knowledge of court rules and local forms/ affidavits Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong interpersonal communication Customer service Organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office365 applications, Excel, Word, and Outlook
