Responsibilities Auto Glass Technician Automotive Glass Replacement : Expertly replace and repair automotive glass on a variety of vehicles. Quality Assurance : Ensure all work meets industry and company standards for safety and excellence. Customer Service : Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer questions and explaining procedures clearly. Workplace Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Documentation : Accurately record services performed and materials used. Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive glass replacement. License : Valid Driver’s License. Screening : Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check. Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
