Job Description
â Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, and events Maintain high levels of guest service and satisfaction Train, schedule, and lead F&B staff to uphold service standards Assist with stock control, orders, and inventory management Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies Support the planning and execution of events, functions, and special dining experiences Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service flow Monitor cost control and assist in managing departmental budgets ð Minimum Requirements: Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 24 years' experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star environment Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standards Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in POS systems and MS Office Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Valid drivers license preferred ð Key Competencies: Guest-centric mindset with an eye for detail High level of professionalism and personal presentation Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality excellence Team motivator with a solutions-oriented approach ð¼ Whats Offered: Competitive salary package Live-in accommodation with meals provided Career development in a prestigious hospitality setting Positive team culture and supportive leadership
