Your Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for: We are looking for someone able to follow and assist Partners and clients with the usage of the Nextlane Platform to implement their developments. The planning and follow-up of the regular meetings with the Partners/Clients (in the limits defined by the Platform Product Director) is the responsibility of the Product Analyst. The work is not only to assist on the technical side of things, but also to orient on how to use the APIs to achieve the Use Case in the most optimized way, using the existing APIs. From Partners and Client feedback, propose evolutions to existing APIs or new APIs, to cover specific Use Cases. Manage Onboarding documentation (creating new ones and improving existing ones) to ease the onboarding of Partners and Clients on the Platform. Collaborate to the evolution of the Platform documentation. Coordinate with DMS/CRM Resources to complete the data available in the Sandbox (Test environments) to allow Partners/Clients to test their developments Coordinate with DMS/CRM resources to clarify, when necessary, the behavior of the Product for specific APIs Participate in End-to-End test sessions with the Partners to be able to validate the behavior of the Partner/Client Developments on the different DMS/CRM (with the help of DMS and or CRM resources if the usage of the application is not known). It is expected that for simple operations, the Analyst will learn how to use the different applications Follow Piloting of the Application and support on the setup of the applications (authorize the App to access the Pilot dealer’s data, after signature from the client), collect and maintain deployed application documentation provided by Partners and Clients. ️‍♂️ What We're Looking For: Experience: 3/4 years Experience in the Automotive Industry (to understand the basic Processes of Sales and Aftersales) Languages: Fluent in English is mandatory, Spanish or French a plus Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Technical Skills: Understanding of APIs, be able to use Postman or other similar tool to use APIs Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
