The Warehouse Manager leads and manages the execution of actions required to achieve Evermark's operational objectives and goals. This role will drive all aspects of processes and operations to include, but not limited to planning, organizing, and overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping functions to ensure a smooth and consistent operation while satisfying customer needs. The Warehouse Manager plans and directs warehouse activity to attain business objectives through safety, cost reduction, productivity improvement, risk mitigation, and strategic compliance.

• Ensures the warehouse personnel are aware of and comply with all safety requirements and that operators of mobile equipment are certified and operate safely.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, redistribution, and shipping by expediting, coordinating, implementing processes, and enforcing policies and procedures for operations and personnel.
• Responsible for verification and accuracy of all products shipped to customers and other branches.
• Secure and safeguard warehouse operations and contents by means of enforcing and monitoring protocol.
• Monitors the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the movement of product.
• Document and communicate warehouse inventory cycle count updates for recommended system status change.
• Assist operations with reporting, data collection, inventory reconciliation and other duties as assigned.
• Utilize lean concepts and good 5S/Housekeeping to ensure efficient flow of product/ materials through the warehouse with minimum waste and to provide an organized, safe, and clean workplace. Key metrics include operational KPI metrics, housekeeping checklists and 5S audit score.
• Control daily labor, temp labor, and overtime such that customer requirements can be met with minimal overtime to meet budgeted labor costs.
• Coordinate scheduling of trucks, LTL pickups, etc. with Evermark logistics team.
• Provide employees with written reviews, feedback, and performance warnings as necessary.
• Maintain housekeeping of the warehouse and surrounding area in accordance with all internal and external regulatory guidelines, i.e., OSHA, etc.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
• Manages inventory and maintains accurate inventory counts.
• Ensure maintenance of all facility machinery and equipment.
• Manages and directs staff in cycle count activities and physical inventory of all products.
• Must be able to prioritize and multitask to meet and exceed core objectives.
• Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity goals are met.
