Antanavage Farbiarz PLLC is a small but growing law firm focused on estate planning, elder law, and helping families through life’s toughest transitions. We’re looking for a Client Services & Sales Associate who’s passionate about helping people and who knows how to engage prospective clients with empathy and confidence.

Compensation:

$17 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

As our first impression and relationship builder, your role will be part sales, part client care, and all heart. You will:

• Speak with prospective clients and guide them toward scheduling their first consultation.
• Qualify leads using a proven script and intake process.
• Follow up with potential clients and ensure they receive timely communication from attorneys.
• Help match clients to the attorney and services that best fit their needs.
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and website inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Work with a team that values your input, supports your growth, and shares your mission to make law more accessible.

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience in intake, customer service, or consultative sales (especially in legal, healthcare, or service-based businesses).
• Familiarity with CRM or intake software.
