Project Manager – Super Prime Residential Location: Central London Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 Package (Negotiable DOE) Contract: Permanent An established high-end main contractor is seeking a capable Project Manager to join the team and deliver a unique £15–20m prime residential scheme in Central London. The project involves the demolition of an existing penthouse and the construction of a steel-framed duplex – a complex and architecturally interesting build, working again with a repeat client. The Role This is a site-based management role, working under a Project Director for an initial “bedding-in” period. The intention is for the successful candidate to: Take ownership of short-term programming and day-to-day site delivery Support the Project Director with attention to detail and quality Step into more responsibility over time – this is designed as a natural progression route into a PD role The company have used this model successfully before, hiring smart, capable individuals without prior high-end residential experience and mentoring them through a live project. You’ll join a fully resourced team, with a document controller, QSs, and a strong site setup. The project runs for around 2 years – an ideal timeline to grow into a leadership position.
