Planning Intern

Our internship program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in their field of study. As a Planning & Customer Service Intern , you will support the Planning and Customer Service teams in optimizing supply chain and service operations within a manufacturing or corporate environment. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that enhance operational efficiency, demand planning, and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Support production planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely order fulfillment. Assist in monitoring customer orders, delivery timelines, and inventory levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, logistics, sales) to improve service levels and resolve delivery issues. Contribute to the preparation of reports, KPIs, and data analysis related to planning and customer service performance. Ensure compliance with internal processes, safety standards, and customer service protocols. Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Intermediate to advanced English level. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
