Senior Oracle SCM

Role: Sr. Oracle SCM Location: Remote, Mexico Key Skills: Oracle SCM, Oracle Database Fulltime Permanent and Remote Position with HCLTech Experience: 5–10 years of total SCM experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional production support for Oracle Planning Cloud modules post-go-live. Troubleshoot and resolve planning run issues, forecast consumption discrepancies, constrained unconstrained plan failures, and master data misconfigurations. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to address critical support incidents, service requests, and configuration changes. Monitor and maintain planning schedules, ESS jobs, and refresh cycles. Support planning data integrity, integration checkpoints (with Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management), and exception-based alerts. Analyze user-reported issues, replicate problems, and deliver prompt resolutions through approved change control processes. Skills Requirement: 5 to 10 years of experience Demonstrated support experience in Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Management Cloud,SOP Cloud (desirable) Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles, forecast consumption, sourcing rules, lead time setups, and demand classes. Ability to troubleshoot planning engine outputs, incorrect plan recommendations, and exception messages. Familiarity with planning attributes, plan options, and setups for discrete manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience with FBDIADFdi for data corrections and REST/SOAP API troubleshooting is a plus. Experience in supporting trial SKUs, promotional planning, and seasonality adjustments in demand/supply planning.
