️ Job Title: Bilingual Purchaser – Construction Materials Location: Remote Salary: Payment in USD, to be determined based on experience Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish and English About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to manage the procurement of materials for our construction projects. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and a solid understanding of construction materials and vendor relations. Key Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials and supplies. Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to understand material needs. Evaluate vendor quotes and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Track inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation. Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in the construction industry. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Strong organizational and negotiation skills. Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and suppliers. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic procurement software is a plus.
