Amazon E-Commerce Specialist

Position: E- Commerce Specialist Working schedule: 6am - 2pm EST Position Overview: Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to take full ownership of their Amazon operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing P&L, optimizing product performance, overseeing inventory, and driving significant growth. You will need strong analytical skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and a results-driven mindset. You'll play a critical role in a small, fast-paced team, actively contributing to our client's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Listing Optimization: Write, enhance, and monitor product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images) to improve visibility and conversions. Inventory Management: Forecast, track, and adjust stock levels to avoid stockouts and overstock issues. Marketing Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to align promotions, advertising, and creative strategy. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, traffic, and reviews; identify improvement opportunities. Compliance: Ensure all listings and practices comply with Amazon TOS and policies. Competitor Research: Track competitors’ pricing, promotions, and listings and adjust our strategy accordingly. Reporting & Insights: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, with data-driven recommendations. Qualifications: 4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with listing optimization and keyword research. Familiarity with Amazon PPC and compliance policies. Experience managing inventory for 500 SKUs Ability to generate and interpret performance reports. Non-mandatory skills: Experience with other E-Commerce platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for listing customizations. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
